If you want to print out power point presentations for class you can save paper and ink by printing as handouts instead of slides and using grayscale instead of color. Open file in powerpoint and hit print. Find the box on the menu labeled "Print What" and change it to "Handouts" and select the number of slides to print on a page (I usually use 6) .
