| As an undergrad, I helped build the Sogn
Valley Radio Telescope. I also spent a summer working at the
Maria Mitchell Observatory on Nantucket Island. |

Frisbee |
| I learned to play ultimate at Carleton
College and also played at Indiana U. I've played with "Stark
Reality" (based out of Canton) and in plenty of games on campus! |

| I regularly attend meetings of the American
Astronomical Society, and have participated in workshops on physics
education, lasers, radio astronomy, classroom technology, and active
learning. |
