- MA 335 Differential Equations - 3 semester hours
- MA 351 Numerical Analysis - 3 semester hours
- MA 405 Mathematical Statistics I - 3 semester hours
- MA 406 Mathematical Statistics II - 3 semester hours
- MA 460 Senior Culminating Experience - 1 semester hour

- EC 200 Introduction to Microeconomics - 3 semester hours
- EC 201 Introduction to Macroeconomics - 3 semester hours

Students with a major in financial mathematics are not allowed to double-major in mathematics, nor can they receive a minor in mathematics.
There is no minor in financial mathematics.
