Three men decided on a fateful night,
To live their lives by what was right,
They did not care what others thought,
For their pride could not be bought,
They made a pact with great conviction,
And discussed ideals in makeshift diction,
That things would change from that day on,
Under those stars and on that lawn,
Near that rock which symbolized,
The strength they carried through their lives,
To respect themselves and each other,
To treat each woman like their mother,
To share their memories and their stories,
To learn from failures and cherish glories,
Those men showed the way to us,
That we may be so glorious,
To hold you brother to your arms,
And keep him from such evil harms,
That weaker men would toil and plan,
While you become a better man,
And so my brothers I pray for you,
That you will do what good men do,
Be a good father, friend, and brother,
Become a man like no-other,
Bestow your values lest they be squandered,
And live each day Love, Truth, and Honor
Show the world what you can do,
Because my friend you're a Sigma Nu.
